By booking a session with Gentle Return Healing, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the date of your session.
• Rescheduling must be requested no later than 48 hours before the date of your session.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of payment.
3. Nature of the Work
Emotion Code and Body Code sessions are complementary energy healing modalities.
These sessions are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care.
I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure medical conditions.
4. Results & Responsibility
Each individual’s experience is unique, and results may vary.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions.
Healing is collaborative process and may unfold differently for each individual.
5. Informed Consent
By booking a session, you agree to provide informed consent prior to your session taking place.
This includes understanding the nature of the work, its limitations, and your role in the process.
6. Remote Sessions
All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom or email.
By booking, you agree to participate in this format and to ensure you are in a safe, appropriate, and private environment during your session.
7. Children & Animals
For sessions involving children, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
For animal sessions, the owner must provide consent and relevant information.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Emergency & Support
Energy healing session are not suitable for emergency situations or crisis support.
If you are experiencing acute distress or require urgent assistance, you should contact your GP, local emergency services, or qualified healthcare professional.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These services are provided from the United Kingdom and are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland where applicable).
Any disputes arising in connection with these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
