Single Heart Wall Session - Zoom
A live session to gently approach softening the emotional protection around the heart.
Service Description
This session takes place live via Zoom, allowing us to gently explore whether a Heart Wall is present and what your body may be ready to release. A Heart Wall is a collection of trapped emotions that may form around the heart as a natural response to emotional stress, hurt, or overwhelm. While protective at the time, it may over time contribute to feeling guarded or emotionally distant. During the session, we first check whether a Heart Wall is present and whether your body indicates it is ready to begin releasing it. This can also be explored beforehand during a courtesy call, or gently checked on your behalf with your permission. In some cases, a Heart Wall may naturally present during an Emotion Code or Body Code session. Each Heart Wall is unique. Some may contain only a few trapped emotions, while others may unfold gradually across multiple sessions. The body determines what is appropriate to release, allowing the process to move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Using the principles of the Emotion Code, the session gently identifies and releases trapped emotions without the need to relive past experiences. You are welcome to simply relax as the work is guided by your body’s subconscious awareness. If a Heart Wall is not present, we can simply explore other areas that may benefit from support.
A Gentle Note
Sessions are completed remotely or live (Zoom), depending on the service selected. Please note, Zoom sessions are not recorded. Email sessions are carried out remotely within 24–72 hours, after which you will receive a written summary by email. This will softly reflect what was identified, released, or rebalanced, along with any information to support your integration. A written summary will also be provided after live Zoom sessions also. If you need to amend or cancel your booking, you are welcome to get in touch. These sessions are complementary and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
