How Sessions Work
1. Share Your Focus
When booking, you can briefly share one or two areas you would like support with.
2. Your Body Guides the Session
Using gentle energy work, we explore what your subconscious indicates is ready to be acknowledged and released.
3. Receive a Summary Afterwards
After the session, you will receive a written summary outlining what was explored and released.
Sessions are held remotely and completed quietly on your behalf, allowing you to remain in the comfort of your own space.

It is a space for gentle awareness.
For steady presence.

I do not position myself as someone who fixes or heals you. You are not broken. My role is simply to facilitate the process, allowing your own subconscious and body to reveal what is ready to be acknowledged and released.
There is no urgency here. No pressure to “perform” healing. Only grounded, compassionate support as you gently return to balance.
